Installation

SiFT installation

Install SiFT in one of the following ways:

Through pip:

pip install sift-sc

Nightly version - clone this repo and run:

git clone https://github.com/nitzanlab/sift-sc
pip install .

For development - clone this repo and run:

git clone https://github.com/nitzanlab/sift-sc
pip install -e .[dev,docs]
